Whether you’re stressed or simply can’t sleep. This is a quick, relaxing herbal tea that can be made in just a few minutes in the comfort of your home. If you’ve been growing and drying your own herbs, you can rest assured knowing exactly where all of the ingredients came from.
Ingredients
- Chamomile 1 teaspoon dry or 1 tablespoon fresh
- Lavender 1/2 teaspoon dry or 2 teaspoons fresh
- Mint 1/2 teaspoon dry or 2 teaspoons fresh (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- Honey to taste (I use 1 overflowing teaspoon cause, yum!)

Use diffuser of choice
I really like this small diffuser pot. It has the herbs soak right into the center of the water. I pour the boiling water directly into the herbs at the center.
If you do not have a diffuser, boil water and remove from heat. Put herbs directly into hot water and let sit. Use a strainer or a colander with a thin cloth to catch all the herb pieces. You can also find small tea diffusers if that is more your style.

Let Steep
Let sit and soak for at least a couple of minutes, or until the water reaches your desired temp. The longer the better!
Stir in honey and enjoy!
