Why we believe in Ninja
We needed a blender. Nothing fancy, we just wanted to make smoothies. Unfortunately, the frozen fruits put a real load on the motors of the cheaper ones. Ours was a SUPER cheap blender one of us purchased for roughly $25. Once our smoothie kick started, the motor started leaking oil onto the counter. Doesn’t hurt the food, but yuck!
So we upgraded. This time we spend $65 on a nicer one and name brand. Done! Right?!
Wrong! It lasted a bit longer, but within roughly 90 days…oil spots on the counter. This was so frustrating!! I hate wasting money. How to proceed? Next thing I know a girl at work brought her Mom’s Ninja blend to a work party….for salsa making…I swear!
I was so I’m pressed by it! I asked her a few questions and she confirmed, her mom used for smoothies and absolutely loves it. Sweet! So of course, I told my Husband about it. After some research we decided to order the 3-in-1 since I had also been considering buying a bigger food processor but didn’t want to spend the money.
I remember thinking how it’s pretty pricey, so I hoped it was worth it! I’m really not a fan of overspending, especially for no reason. I have zero regrets.
As of Today (January 19, 2025) we’ve owned the same one for almost 3 years and have had zero issues. At all. The base stays on the counter at all times for convenience and we use this guy at least a couple of times a week for one thing or another.
Both my husband and I really love the product for it’s function and durability. Laster we invested in a Ninja Pressure cooker, knowing we could depend on the brand. Then last year we needed a couple of new pans. My Husband made a joke about “I wonder if Ninja makes frying pans?”…well they do. As per normal, they didn’t disappoint.
Our only real issue with Ninja is that they don’t make everything that you need for your kitchen. We would definitely fill our kitchen, slowly but surely, full of everything Ninja! It’s a brand we know will put out great, durable products.

The Base
The base is simple. We like simply. Some products seem to over complicate things in order to justify a price tag. That’s not the case here:
Power, Pulse and 4 settings. Sweet and simple. There is Dough, Blend, Crush & Single Serve.
The footprint is reasonable as well. It comes in at roughly 7.5” x 9” on the counter.
It has a 1500W, 2 HP motor that will not struggle with ice and frozen foods. Which is so great after the struggles we had. You’ll LOVE this if smoothies are your thing.
Now I have heard complaints about the way the base sticks to the counter, sometimes making it hard to move. However, it has these handy little buttons on the bottom of both sides that realizes the suction and voila!
Blender
The large pitcher holds up to 72 oz. and easily disassembles for clean up and is dishwasher safe. It has a cool pour spout for say…..margaritas? The ultimate Adult Smoothie!
The blender attachment has multiple sets of blades running up and down the length of the attachment. This is great for large soothe portions, making plushies or ice for snow cones. You can literally fill this guy with ice and it will chop it up like it’s nothing.
Single Serve Cup
The single serving cups may be the part we use the most. These 16 oz. Cups are the perfect serving size for a vitamin rich, protein shake in the morning or for a quick & healthy snack. And of course everything is dish washer safe.
You get 2 cups and lids that are great for drinking straight from the cup or adding the large diameter smoothie straws. We even purchased additional cups and lids so we never get in each others way when using them and don’t have to dig around ion some are in the dishwasher!
My Husband and I work different schedules during the week and often make smoothies as a heathy breakfast alternative. Being able to make just enough for ourselves it great. When using a blender, I always end up making too much and that is just so wasteful!
Food Processor
With is 8 Cup capacity, this food processor is likely more than you will ever need at most times! And of course everything is dishwasher safe. It comes with 2 blade assemblies. The main chopping blade and the dough blade.
I’m not a baker, not quite that cool, so I must admit that I have never used the dough blade. However the choppy chop? I use often. This thing has an amazing capacity and I use for dressings, dips, homemade cream cheese, even oat balls for hiking. Trust me, those things will test any food processor.
